Seasonal menus rooted in local agriculture. Handcrafted coffee, small-batch cocktails, and dishes that taste like the soil they came from.
PineBrook FarmStand began with a simple conviction: food tastes better when you know the hands that grew it and the fields it came from.
Located on Bridge Road since our opening, we've built lasting relationships with a dozen local farms across Western Massachusetts. Our kitchen team works directly with growers to plan each season's menu — so when the asparagus arrives in May, you taste it at its absolute peak, and when squash season arrives in October, it's the centerpiece of everything we make.
By day, we're a café serving coffee, breakfast, and lunch crafted from what's fresh. By evening, the space transforms into a relaxed bar — wine by the glass, local craft beer on tap, and cocktails that use herbs and fruits from our own garden.
We don't just buy local — we know our farmers by name. These are the operations that supply our kitchen every week.
Providing fresh milk, cream, and artisan cheeses for our kitchen and cheese board selections.
Our primary source for seasonal produce — from spring greens to winter squash and everything between.
Our sourdough and pastries arrive each morning, baked the night before with locally milled flour.
Herbs, edible flowers, and specialty greens grown on-site — the finishing touch on every cocktail and plate.
Rustic beams, warm lighting, and a kitchen you can feel the energy from. Come sit a while.
